We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Mine Controllers that are interested in pursuing a career with Fortescue.

Role Overview: Critical to the success of Fortescue's operation of the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS), these roles are accountable for the execution of the Mine Plan using Command MineStar. Reporting to the AHS Mine Control Supervisor, you will be integral to the team that drives efficiencies and optimisation across the mine site.
Key Responsibilities Maximising equipment productivity through efficient fleet managementMeeting and exceeding the mine production planBeing the first point of contact for key stakeholders including AHS Builders, In-field Builders, Pit Supervision, Operators and Blend Co-ordinatorsEnsuring a high level of data integrity using MineStar Fleet Management SystemEffectively troubleshoot and diagnose stopped trucks and assignment issues in conjunction with the AHS Builder to solve these issues in a timely mannerQualifications and Experience Proven experience in front line Mine system control advantageousPrevious control room experienceProficiency in the operation of SCADA, Ardvarc or Caterpillars MineStar Command System is highly desirableIntermediate computer literacy skills and a passion for Innovation and TechnologyDemonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work with several demanding prioritiesStrong understanding of production strategies for large scale Mining OperationsAbout Us Be part of something big.
