Reporting to the AHS Mine Control Supervisor, you will be integral to the team that drives efficiencies and optimisation across the mine site.Key Responsibilities:Maximising equipment productivity through efficient fleet management.Meeting and exceeding the mine production plan.Being the first point of contact for key stakeholders including AHS Builders, In-field Builders, Pit Supervision, Operators, and Blend Coordinators.Ensuring a high level of data integrity using MineStar Fleet Management System.Effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing stopped trucks and assignment issues in conjunction with the AHS Builder to solve these issues in a timely manner.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in front line Mine system control advantageous.Previous control room experience.Proficiency in the operation of SCADA, Ardvarc or Caterpillars MineStar Command System is highly desirable.Intermediate computer literacy skills and a passion for innovation and technology.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to work with several demanding priorities.Strong understanding of production strategies for large scale Mining Operations.About Us:Be part of something big.
