Overview: Our growing digital marketing agency needs more hands on deck! 2024 has already been a large growth year for us, particularly on the Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) side.
We're looking for a special someone to take on some of the Meta media buying activities. This role will support the growth of the business and also support the Senior team to focus on strategy, while you help pull off the execution.
This kind of position is ideal for someone with a love of all things figure-out-able, loves a challenge or riddle. They enjoy dreaming up big ideas, and the practical application of those ideas. Thinking on your feet, being open to situations, plans and direction changing quickly, responsiveness, creativity and excellent forward planning skills are critical to becoming a Meta advertising master.
Our Lead Strategist is deeply experienced and highly reputable – so you'll be learning from a true industry expert with a decade of advertising experience, training and consulting to share.
You'll need to have an appreciation and interest in social media and human nature to make this role work.
Requirements: Experience working in an area of social media or search
Training included – Must be available to work onsite
Must have the right to work in Australia
Fluent spoken and written English is necessary to this role

We are seeking expressions of interest for an Entry Level Media Buyer, for Social.
About the Role The Media Buyer will be primarily responsible for executing strategies on the Meta Ads platform as well as branching out into Tiktok, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Working under the leadership and management of the Lead Strategist, you will have a supporting role in strategy development and a constant commitment to learning the platform's inner workings and features.
Daily tasks will include creating campaigns, developing adsets and ads (with the support of a Creative Marketing Manager), daily monitoring of ad performance and spends, initiating changes in the account to address performance, managing budgets, providing feedback of performance and preparing client reports both weekly and monthly.
You will be required to record actions taken in our internal management system, seek advice and take direction from the Lead Strategist and Marketing Manager and have occasional communications with the clients to discuss account actions and performance.
Subject to the role's incumbent, there may be some creative requirements such as copywriting support and ad design – experience in this area is an advantage.
