About the Role: Bennco Group are currently looking for a suitably qualified Projects Supervisors to join our Coastal Team.
This is a shared back to back type role, servicing the mining, commercial, domestic and local government sectors, working on small to mid-sized projects across numerous sites throughout the Pilbara.
Required Skills and Experience: Carpentry Trade Certificate.
Builders Ticket/Diploma in Building highly advantageous.
Approximately 3 years minimum demonstrated supervisory experience or step up supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience managing a team, delegating daily tasks and making team members accountable.
Ability to balance multiple incoming priorities and effectively deliver on customer expectations.
Able to demonstrate daily productivity and cost control.
Able to plan project works and execute works as per programs/schedules.
Quality focused with a drive to achieve results for the team.
Valid Australian C class driver's license is essential - HR highly advantageous.
Confident in meeting daily routines and delivering results around your key performance indicators.
Excellent safety record - 100% committed to internal and client OHS requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications skills which enable you to assist in resolution of client & key stakeholders concerns.
Experience in coordinating and running toolbox meetings, pre starts etc.
Rio Tinto experience is highly desirable.
Ability to navigate computer software for job management.
Reside in Western Australia (essential) What we expect in this role: Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for and obtain the skill set to provide:
Supervision of allocated projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and safely.

Supervision, Coordination and leadership of all Labour, plant and materials required under the project.
Manage work in accordance with the Project schedule and or Contract requirements.

Ensuring team is fully skilled and resourced to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
