Be part of a team that thrives on rising to the challenge of transforming lives for good.About the role:John Holland's Infrastructure division is currently constructing some of Australia's most complex projects, including the Black Hill to Tomago M1, Gold Coast Light Rail, and Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre.
Due to industry expansion, the John Holland Infrastructure business is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for an upcoming $450m Water Infrastructure project in regional NSW.
Responsibilities of the role include: Contract interpretation and the drafting of correspondence Claim assessments and the identification of potential claims Monitoring the Contractor's notifications, correspondence and site-related notices as specified in the Contract Reviewing the Contractor's daily, weekly and monthly reports and escalating any missing information, inconsistencies or positioning for claims Collating information for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Project Attend meetings with contractors and other third parties as required To be successful in this key role, you must have: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Minimum 3 years in project contract administration The ability to work in a team and support the broader team objectives Excellent verbal and written communication As part of the team, you help us deliver on our promise to transform livesYour success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
