About the role
Roadline Civil Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in Broome, Western Australia . This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from planning to completion Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate control measures Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and deliver complex civil construction projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in the use of project management software and tools Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Proven track record of successfully delivering civil construction projects on time and within budget Knowledge of relevant construction industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements What we offer
