About the roleRoadline Civil Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil construction projects.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of civil construction projects from planning to completionDevelop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activitiesIdentify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate control measuresEnsure projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standardsLead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectivesProvide regular progress reports and updates to senior managementWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar roleStrong project management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and deliver complex civil construction projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in the use of project management software and toolsTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven track record of successfully delivering civil construction projects on time and within budgetKnowledge of relevant construction industry regulations, standards, and safety requirementsWhat we offerAt Roadline Civil Contractors, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
