Aerison has a long history of partnering with asset owners in the mining and minerals, energy, infrastructure, defence, and water sectors.Your new roleWe are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to deliver high-quality engineering and project execution in alignment with corporate systems and procedures while maintaining healthy relationships with all colleagues and clients.
The delivery of works to client standards, Australian Standards, and regulations is essential.This role will be hybrid FIFO from Perth to Karratha working on the Ceres Urea plant.Your key responsibilities for this position:Assist in the preparation of project estimates and documentationMonitor performance and re-assess efficiency and qualitySupport developing, implementing, and administering sub-contracts/supplier agreementsEnsure a balance between cost and production to meet project objectives and time constraintsUnderstand daily work program and direct/allocate staff and contractorsMonitor adherence to safe work method statements and undertake risk analysisDevelop and communicate quality documentation, best work practices, standards, and expectationsSupport identifying and addressing issues before they arise, with the aptitude and flexibility for taking on new challengesSupport timely project delivery within approved budget, monitor, and control project expendituresEnsure adherence to quality standards of the customers and the company are followedManage procurement and purchases of goods and servicesAbout you:Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringExperience in both Mechanical and Civil engineering will be highly regardedQA coupled with a technical mindsetHigh level of experience and ability in the use of applicable engineering systemsAbility to compile technical documents in a clear, concise, logical, and accurate mannerUnderstands the project scope and highlights concerns and/or opportunities around design and budget as early as possibleManage own time against project objectives and budgets5 years' experience within a contractor-facing environment working on complex projectsThe PerksWeekly pay cycleEmployee Rewards and Recognition programsEmployee and family member discounts to over 200 Australian-based retailers; including travel, hotels, fuel, shopping, and health insuranceHow to applyAt Aerison, we welcome applications from all peoples, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples, women, the LGBTI+ community, people with disabilities, and people with diverse backgrounds.
