You will start as a trainee, completing the Business Certificate Level 3, and you will be supported to complete some coursework during business hours.Desirable Qualities

A can-do attitude; Excellent phone manner; Well presented and professional; Some experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.); Customer service experience would be an advantage;
