Your new position:

Randstad is currently seeking expressions of interest for Grants Assessors and Grants Administration Officers to join a QLD State Government Department on a temporary basis.
The position:
Evaluate and process grant applications in line with departmental policies and funding criteria
Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, approvals, and disbursements
Analyse claims and communicate with applicants to clarify details or request additional documentation
Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preform ad hoc duties as required

Your Skills and Experience
We are seeking candidates who are flexible with their availability and working hours. As the environment is reactive in nature, shifts may be with limited notice and may be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (on a rotating roster).
Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in grants management, administration or customer service is preferred but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational abilities with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a reactive and changing environment

What you'll receive:

$57.43 per hour plus super (plus penalties if applicable
Southern inner city work location
Weekly pay cycle
