Our state-of-the-art pharmacy offers both hospital and community pharmacy services, including a cutting-edge compounding site.As a pharmacy student, you will have the chance to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Experience the full spectrum of pharmacy services all at one site - from retail to multidisciplinary hospital care, and specialize in clinical, oncology, and compounding.About the Role Deliver high-level pharmacy services to the hospital staff, patients, and customers. Dispense and supply medications for hospital and oncology patients. Assist with inventory management and imprest tasks. Support medication delivery and collection in hospital wards. Complete data entry of patient-specific information into databases. Assist with patient account enquiries. Liaise with hospital staff and associated employees. Assist the pharmacy teams complete administrative and record-keeping duties.
About You Passionate about making a positive impact on patients' lives. Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficient in using FRED dispense and familiar with the PBS. Customer-focused with a solid understanding of Point-of-Sale Systems.
Essential Be currently enrolled as a 1st or 2nd year university pharmacy student. Experience in an Australian pharmacy setting is required.
