We are currently looking for an Environmental Systems Manager to join our passionate Supply Chain team here at Lion. In this role, you will lead and deliver world-class environmental management systems, reporting & compliance, and assist the achievement of world-class energy and water productivity across our network of iconic Breweries.
Reporting to the Environment Director, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and deliver environmental management systems, reporting & compliance.Assist the achievement of world-class energy and water productivity across our network of Breweries in close collaboration with onsite engineering teams.Support capital projects to meet environmental requirements.Liaise with local, state & federal authorities around environmental regulatory requirements & reporting.Manage internal & external assurance/auditing for group-level reporting.Create and drive environment index score.To be successful in this role you will bring:
Result-oriented with the ability to influence & work collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders.Ability to independently manage complex, diverse & changing priorities.Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with an inquisitive nature.Strong technical and analytical skillset, with an understanding of manufacturing from a process lens.Tertiary qualification in Process or Chemical Engineering or similar.This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact in our business.
