About the Role Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of top-notch cleaning and food services within the Environmental Services Department.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and train staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, welfare, and discipline.
Oversee the allocation of tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
Handle essential administrative tasks like ordering cleaning supplies, managing staff time sheets, processing leave requests, and ensuring incident reports are properly completed.
Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Contribute to and support various department projects as required.
Skills & Experience Extensive experience in high-standard commercial and healthcare cleaning, with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
Ability to take responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Clear and confident communication skills to interact with staff and stakeholders.
