This role will see you working within our Site Assessment and Remediation (SAR) group.

About the roleDay to day here's what you'll be focused on:
Designing field investigations including soil or groundwater sampling and soil vapour assessmentCoordinate projects, including budget, scope, time, stakeholder communication and client relationshipsPreparing contaminated site reportsOversee contractors and take responsibility for safe and quality field programsDirecting and guiding site remediation activitiesSupporting our EPA appointed Environmental Auditors across industry sectors.Interacting with regulatory authoritiesDeveloping comprehensive and competitive proposals.About youWe're looking for team players who enjoy a challenge, want to learn and expand their experience, and ultimately find the best solution for every client.
Qualities and credentials, we'd love to see:
Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Geology, or a related disciplineMust be mobile to work along the East Coast of Australia2+ years' experience in contaminated site assessment and/or remediation activities, including soil, groundwater and soil vapour sampling, Environmental Audit support, and technical reportingExperience and/or interest in our key markets of property and transport infrastructureProject and client management or experience working on a portfolio of sitesKnowledge of guidelines and standards related to the investigation and management of contaminated land at State and Federal levelProfessional writing skills to produce technical reports and successful proposalsIn return, you'll be provided with coaching support from highly specialised industry leaders to continue to develop and showcase your technical expertise in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
