About the Role
You are the eyes and ears of the business, operating both in the office and on-site.
Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and designs, setting out sites with survey marks, operating machinery, and supervising staff and contractors.
You will conduct safety inductions and focus on supervising a construction site for quality and safety outcomes while documenting observations.
You may also work as part of a larger project team to construct fire access trails, build walking tracks, rehabilitate rivers, implement asset maintenance, and help with erosion and sediment controls specified by project plans while supervising staff and subcontractors.

Working knowledge in the design and implementation of soil and water conservation projects and understanding of environmental principles and legislation.
Experience in staff and contractor supervision, civil and machine operation.
A NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel are also required.
