The CompanyThis leading established building and construction company has developed partnerships with a number of major clients such as TFNSW and Tier 1 Contractors to deliver building and rail projects here in NSW.Due to projects won and the need for growth, they are in need of an experienced Environmental Manager to join an already established team with experience working in the rail sector.You will be joining a well-structured civil contractor known for their excellent staff retention rate, being part of a team that reports directly to the Construction Manager.The Role Work with the senior management team to embed HSE Cultural Framework through the business.Provide strategic advice, leadership, and consultancy in Health, Safety & Environmental Management within a risk management framework.Assist in creating an empowered and challenging team culture that delivers outstanding performance in HSE and achieves successful business outcomes.Provide direction to ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental management issues to meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring alignment between businesses.Engage senior line managers and other key stakeholders to ensure their input into HSE processes.Act as a facilitator between client and project learning, generating, driving, and leading discipline and business unit improvement ideas.Proactively recommend corrective actions that focus on systematic improvement and transferable lessons.To submit your application for the role, please click on the APPLY NOW button shown below.#J-18808-Ljbffr
