The Workplace Health & Safety Specialist for VIC will prioritise TJX Store Associates safety and their right to return home everyday front and centre of every engagement, decision and interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Support with the embedding of the TJX Workplace Health and Safety Culture Program, Safe @ Work – Safe @ Home You will support, guide & mentor our Store teams with Safety leadership, coaching & technical WHS guidance.
Support the provision of Health & Safety guidance on a range of complex physical & psychosocial risks for our expanding network Be involved in developing leading edge Psychosocial Risk Management Programs Lead, support Store Management Team to deploy Stores Risk Management Program, including the Critical Risk Program & implementation of the Safety Management System Lead ICAM level investigations in conjunction with key stakeholders Support ICAM learnings at national for store network Implementing, monitoring & maintaining Store Health & Safety Risk programs, including risk registers, ICAM risk treatment plans Work closely with Operational Management & Risk & Governance to ensure compliance, audit of ISO systems, critical control verification reviews Analysis & preparation of monthly reports Embed reporting culture with timely hazard & incident reporting, building accountability for corrective actions Be the primary site interface for regulator engagements, visits & audits About You
Technical skill and formal qualifications in WHS Knowledge in Managing Psychosocial Global Standard 45003 / Australian Code of Practice Extensive experience in multi-site, hands on WHS roles Naturally consultative, critical thinker, problem solver ICAM level investigation experience Outstanding relationship building, mentoring & influencing skills Exceptional analysis, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
