Environmental Geologist

In this role you will:Review and interpret geological information.Oversee geochemical and waste sampling programmes.Advise on elements requiring monitoring in water and tailings.Provide interpretation of geochemical information and guidance with flagging of geological and mining models and advise on required improvements.Prepare management plans and standards related to requirements for materials posing risks.Produce reports to support studies, approvals, mine closure and other regulatory requirements.About you:Qualifications:Bachelor of Geology, Environmental Engineering and relevant experience in a similar role.Skills:Familiarity with Federal and WA environmental legislation and approval process.Understanding of mine planning process.Experience with geological logging and modelling.Experience with Geology, Environmental risk management.Proficiency with acQuire (or a similar geological database), Vulcan and MS Office.
