Environmental Field Advisor – Upstream Projects - 12 month contractLocation: Chinchilla and other Regional Queensland locationsRoster: 15/13More specifically, your role will include: Championing and role modeling HSSE Leadership to strengthen and maintain a positive and disciplined HSSE culture in client Upstream, which has evident line practice and accountability.Delivering HSSE support services in client Upstream, to implement and assure controls, drive continuous improvement, and enable delivery of world class health, safety, security and environmental performance.Partnering with construction teams to develop and implement effective HSSE culture and controls.Driving engagement and advocacy with a wide range of internal stakeholders, facilitating learning within client Upstream and working collaboratively with your HSSE Australia to share best practices and address common issues.Furthermore, you will have:Deep commitment to Goal Zero and personal accountability.A Degree(s) or equivalent in a relevant science or environmental science discipline, or environmental management, or environmental engineering.At least 5 years of professional experience in a frontline implementation role.Proven experience working with operational teams and positively impacting HSE culture.Proven operational experience and knowledge of industry safety and environment risks.General knowledge of Queensland environment legislation and standards. Working knowledge in the application of HSE legislation, tools and techniques.Exposure to working with external stakeholders and familiarity with relationship & liaison skills.Interpersonal and presentation skills and a willingness to proactively connect stakeholders across the business.The courage to share views, insights, uncomfortable truths whilst accepting and supporting decisions made.Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
