This Canberra-based role will support the successful delivery of civil and remediation projects across the region.You will be joining our growing team and be involved in the delivery of diverse and challenging projects throughout the region for highly regarded clients in Defence, government, major construction and mining.While supporting the successful day-to-day delivery of remediation projects, this integral role will assist in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring company safety, quality and financial targets are achieved.You will be able to apply your technical experience and skills to assist the Project Manager in the delivery of remediation projects, and clearly communicating analytical information with the team and to our clients.ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual who is keen to take the next step in their career and play an active role in the delivery of our projects.You will be able to draw on direct experience in the environmental remediation industry or apply experience gained on similar challenging roles and projects in the mining, resources, government, geotechnical, hazardous materials and analytical laboratory industries; where working within industry codes or practice and regulations is expected.To be considered for this role you will possess the following:A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or The Sciences.Minimum 3-5 years of experience specialising in the management of Remediation, Environmental projects or similar projects with an environmental focus in the construction industry; with some experience in civil earthworks site operations working under accredited QHSE systems.Demonstrated practical on-site experience.Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships with team members, clients and contractors to ensure excellence in project delivery.High level communication and organisational skills.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project.Flexibility to work site hours and a valid driver's licence.WHAT WE GIVE YOU IN RETURN:
