About you It is expected that the successful candidate will have a track record in environmental due diligence with the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Degree , or equivalent, qualifications in an Earth Science or appropriate Engineering subject Technical experience in: Managing site investigations Managing soil and groundwater risk assessments, where remedial options are recommended and costed Undertaking Phase I Assessments (desk-based and site visits) Undertaking review of environmental compliance (to include topic areas around permits, licences, carbon obligations, tank storage, deleterious materials etc) Undertaking overview assessments of health & safety system obligations Managing multi-site assessments as part of a property or company transactions Report writing including Red Flag Portfolio Summary Reports ESG assessments in the context of property or company transactions Driving Licence valid in the UK Business development and client stewardship skills Desired experience: European (or international) experience of property or company transactions.
