Environmental Consultant Manager

We are currently seeking a talented Environmental Consultant – Manager Level who has substantial experience undertaking environmental impact assessments in the NSW market. We are looking for an experienced leader, or someone who is ready to take this next step in their career. Due to the diversity of our projects, experience managing approvals for major infrastructure in the road, rail, energy, or water markets would be highly regarded. The position is full-time and will be based in our Neutral Bay office.
Key Role Requirements Leading a team of professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance. Leading and contributing to environmental assessment projects with a diversity of scale across a range of markets. Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams. Preparing reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards. Improving or building key client relationships. Ideal Qualifications and Skills Experience in NSW undertaking SSI or SSD approvals. Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field. Applied knowledge of NSW planning instruments. Strong communicator and natural collaborator. A desire to deliver exceptional client experiences.
