Working alongside senior consultants, you'll play a key role in project delivery, from fieldwork to reporting and client management.This is a varied role that will see you working across contaminated land management, environmental monitoring programs, and remediation projects, with opportunities to build on your technical, project management, and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute fieldwork programs, including groundwater, surface water, landfill gas, noise, dust, and vibration monitoring.Conduct contaminated site investigations, remediation projects, and soil and waste classifications.Prepare high-quality reports and proposals, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring project objectives and safety standards are met.Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.Assist with mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain high service standards.What We're Looking ForA tertiary qualification in Environmental Science/Engineering, Geology, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in contaminated land management, hazardous materials management, or environmental monitoring.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience preparing detailed reports.Familiarity with NSW and Australian environmental regulations and standards.Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating project delivery.A full C Class Driver's License.Proficiency in environmental software such as ESdat and ESlog (or similar).Desirable Skills & CertificationsLicensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) certificationRail Industry Safety Induction (RISI) and White Card.If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please click APPLY or forward your most up-to-date resume to ****** are weAt PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.We propel our people forward by supporting their careers in fresh ways, backed by our expertise and capability.We're committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment which values and respects diverse styles, backgrounds, experience and perspectives.We welcome and encourage women, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.So it's over to you.
