About the role Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively with clients across a range of projects both nationally and locally. You will be responsible for supporting Project Directors and Project Managers in the delivery of contaminated land management projects.
Salary: $75,000-85,000 plus super
Tasks and responsibilities Support senior staff in high-profile and technically complex contaminated land management projects. Prepare reports consistent with relevant guidance, ensuring technical defensibility. Develop relationships with clients and ensure high quality customer service throughout projects. Assist in the preparation of proposals, ensuring accurate cost calculations and appropriate scoping. Collaborate and contribute to business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the organisation. About you 1-2 years of experience in various environmental sampling methodologies for soil, soil vapor, indoor air, ambient air, hazardous materials, groundwater, and surface water. Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or Engineering is essential, with an understanding of earth sciences highly desirable. Strong written communication skills with the ability to write accurate reports and complex proposals. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities. Full drivers licence, and willingness to obtain a police and medical clearance. Why work for JBS&G?
