All aspects of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and related legislation;Development applications (DAs), complying DAs, and exempt development;Applications to amend LEPs and planning proposals;Voluntary planning agreements and developer contributions;Easements and access to land;Land contamination, pollution, remediation, and voluntary management proposals;Directors' duties and liabilities under planning and environment regulations;Critical habitat and the operation of threatened species conservation legislation;Site and environmental audits, due diligence, and environmental impact assessment;Regulatory compliance and enforcement;Land and Environment Court Applications and Appeals.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Highly reputable specialist firm with proven success; variety + cutting-edge high-quality cases; full spectrum dispute resolution/litigation including appeals, prosecutions, judicial review, and civil enforcement; have your own practice and direct client contact; 1:1 mentorship by a top specialist E+P partner; ongoing professional development + regular pay reviews (subject to performance); genuine long-term career growth path including potential for partnership in the future (subject to your desire, ambition & performance); healthy work/life + flexibility (incl part work from home).
