The role involves working on major projects across Australia and internationally, alongside Real Estate and Projects teams.As an Associate, you'll provide strategic planning and environmental advice across various sectors, including energy, renewables, mining, and healthcare.
Responsibilities include:Planning approvalsAppealsLand acquisition proceedingsEnvironmental complianceDrafting agreements on tenure, infrastructure, and environmental mattersThis full-time, permanent role offers flexible work arrangements.About YouYou have experience in an Environment & Planning team, ideally at a top-tier or boutique firm, and are familiar with VCAT or Supreme Court litigation, including drafting legal documents.
You may also have experience with planning applications, appeals, and panel processes.You excel at managing matters, building client relationships, and have a strong team ethic.
You're eager to grow as a lawyer and leader, engage in business development, and establish a professional network.
