About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Environment Compliance Advisor to play a critical role in managing environmental risks and obligations for their projects, construction, and decommissioning activities. Position: Environment Compliance Advisor Location: Brisbane Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months In this role, you will: Provide compliance advice and ensure adherence to environmental legislative requirements, utilizing regulatory condition assurance systems. Implement and improve environmental compliance management processes, particularly under ISO:14001 EMS for incident response and regulatory engagement. Deliver compliance assurance programs, including third-party and internal audits, while contributing to the master assurance program. Engage with regulators and internal stakeholders, handling incident response, compliance issues, and cultivating a culture of environmental compliance. Drive environmental improvement strategies and make environmental performance visible by reporting key metrics to senior leaders. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in environment, technical, or law-related fields. Knowledge of State and environmental legislation, policy, and standards. Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Field environmental management experience in CSG/LNG or similar industries. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
