Environment and Release Lead (Duck Creek)Key role within our Insurance & Enterprise Technology teamOversee the delivery and management of Duck Creek environmentsBrisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne location with great benefits and flexibilityAbout the role The Environment and Release Lead is responsible for managing all non-production environments of the Duck Creek Platform, serving as the central technical coordination point for platform releases.
You will oversee provisioning access to non-production instances while ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
As a leader within the Duck Creek Platform Enablement team, you will take ownership of deliverables, collaborate effectively with other leads, and foster teamwork across the organization.
This role operates within an Agile framework, utilising tools such as Jira and Confluence to support efficient and transparent workflows.
