We are looking for a Team Leader for our NSW business, to join our team based in Armidale NSW.

Provide Leadership for the EnviroAg Australia NSW team; Assist the Managing Director to run NSW operations; Develop EnviroAg Australia business interests; and, Assist and support key business projects nationally. As team leader you will be a key part of business operations across project finance, team and individual projects and performance management. Travel will be part of this position.
Experience and Qualifications required:
Demonstrated leadership in a work, or related environment; stating leadership ethics and styles. Knowledge and experience in Australian rural and regional business. Tertiary qualifications in business management, or across the sciences (e.g., soils, agriculture, hydrology, ecology, engineering) are advantageous but not mandatory. A minimum of 5 years in an Australian professional or technical consultancy, or services position in private industry. Proven experience in generating new business and ability in stakeholder, business and project management. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and in-person, to all positions within the company. Experience with human resource management and working with a multi-skilled workforce. You are a highly motivated, completer finisher and enjoy delivering high quality results. You maintain integrity, openness and honesty in your daily life, enabling a grounded, self-aware and supportive communication style. You are adaptable across varied environments applying critical thinking approaches to rationalise and structure solutions to complex problems. You are able to follow written and verbal instruction and successfully pass these on to your team. You enjoy the challenge of seeing projects through to completion, on time and within budget. You enjoy travel and engaging with others. TO APPLY:
