Job Responsibilities Responsible for client growth and Tree Partner (Enviro Trees partner sub contractors) networks across QLD, Far Northern NSW, and Northern Territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients that result in high client satisfaction and repeat/extended business.
Identify and win additional business via: Identification of customers that fit within Enviro Trees target sectors.
Development of relationships with influencers and decision-makers within those client organizations.
Identification of and response to tender-driven opportunities.
Preparation and submission of proposals to clients.
Liaise effectively with Customer Care personnel to ensure they understand client requirements and jointly deliver a high level of service to the client base.
Development of strong and constructive relationships with existing Tree Partners to ensure compliance with Enviro Trees requirements.
These may include: High quality of work delivered.
Use of the Tree Manager Application.
On-site WHS audits.
Compliance with client specific requirements (induction, WH&S, communication etc.).
Identify requirements for additional Tree Partners and recruit Tree Partners to ensure Enviro Trees has sufficient operational coverage for both current and anticipated business requirements in area of responsibility.
Assist with identifying and providing information to assist Enviro Trees marketing initiatives e.g., case studies, social media articles.
Identify opportunities for relationship building such as Tree Partner breakfasts and customer events.
Regularly (weekly, monthly) report to the General Manager and/or other (e.g., CEO or Board from time to time).
