To support this mission, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Pathways Program Support Officer to join our People, Safety, and Performance team.
Playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants in PMHC's Entry Pathways Program, including apprentices, trainees, cadets, interns, and graduates.
In this role, you will: Assist in the recruitment of participants by attending career fairs and educational events.
Support onboarding, engagement activities, and act as a key contact for participants and their supervisors.
Track and report on training progress, process financial claims, and ensure cohesive collaboration between stakeholders.
Build partnerships with educational institutions to expand program opportunities.
Provide administrative support and contribute to the broader Shared Services Team.
To succeed in this role you will have: Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
An understanding of the vocational education sector and framework.
A Class C Driver's Licence.
Remuneration and Benefits Employment Type: Full time, Temporary (12 Months) 35 hours per week Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,195.60 per week with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
