RECEPTIONIST - ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTAre you ready to kickstart your career in administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Receptionist/Administration Assistant. Full time in office position – 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 2:30pm finish on a Friday.

The ideal candidate will take initiative, bring a positive attitude, and seamlessly fit into our workplace dynamic, which is essential for success in this role. Your new roleIn this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks, some of which may be a bit repetitive—perfect for helping you learn quickly and build a strong foundation for your future career. The core tasks include answering the phone, data entry, filing, coordinating stationery and uniform orders and general administration & office support – especially for our safety and finance teams. There is also plenty of opportunity to expand your role based on your interest and team requirements, including becoming the Accounts Payable back up.
What you'll need to succeedYou are known for your positive and welcoming nature, as well as your attention to detail and incredible organisational skills. You can work to deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly. You love to get in and help where you can and are looking forward to learning new things.
