These positions are on a casual basis.
For the first 6 weeks, you will be required to attend training based at our client's Geelong depot.
After 6 weeks, this position will be based at West Melbourne depot.

This dynamic role involves collaborating closely with Train Crew, Operational Staff, Maintenance & Terminal teams, and Network Control.
This nationally accredited program will help individuals become skilled casual Train Driver Assistants.
You will receive a training rate of pay while in the classroom, then a verification of competency (VOC) pay rate during practical assessments being conducted by a Qualified Driver Trainer and then advance to the qualified train driver assistant rate once competency has been achieved and working on site.
