We require the services of a Leasing Consultant to support the extremely busy Property Management team.
Your daily duties and responsibilities would include:
Open for inspectionsProspective tenant callbacksLeasing inquiry managementReference checking applicantsLiaising with landlords and tenantsAd Hoc administrative dutiesNo experience is necessary for this role; however, a Certificate of Registration and your own car is ESSENTIAL.
In addition, you will be well presented and spoken and have sound local knowledge.
