Entry Level Customer Service Representative | Wfh/Hybrid After 6 Months

Our Client is an independent provider of Roadside Assistance across Australia and New Zealand for automotive manufacturers including premium brands like Ferrari, Maserati, Lotus and many more.

You will be responsible for: Assisting customers who require breakdown assistance Providing advice and assistance over the phones in a roadside and customer service capacity Resolving any concerns or questions the customer may have regarding their vehicle Acting as main point of contact between the customer and their supplier network What's in it for you?
