Team – We are currently seeking applications for Permanent Part Time
Community Support Workers
to support clients in the Iluka and Woombah with occasional need to assist with Maclean/Yamba, NSW regions.
Your Role:
You will be out and about in the community, working with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including: Domestic assistance - all aspects of housework, spring cleaning, laundry, making beds, tidying rooms, storing clothes, cleaning wardrobes, meal preparation, light gardening work and care of indoor plants, domestic maintenance tasks.
Transporting clients to and from appointments In-home respite, provide end of life care support
Social and emotional support - assistance with use of phones and computer devices, attending client activities
Salary and benefits:
Salary Range:
$31.32 p/hour + 11.5% superannuation.
Tax-Free Benefits:
Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a.
+ Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
Travel Reimbursement:
99c per km.
Equipment:
Smartphone and specific tools provided.
Support:
Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.

Parental Leave:
9 weeks paid (for eligible applicants)
About You:
A passion for working within the Community as with the Elderly – we want to hear your why, you want to work in Aged Care.
Current and unrestricted Australian drivers' license
and ability to travel using own vehicle Current vehicle registration
including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance Current First Aid Certificate

We are supportive of school hours of work during the week between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm Monday to Friday.
