YOUR Role will be a pivotal part of our client's expanding team as an Administration Assistant.
You will be responsible for supporting the Director and team members, handling general administrative tasks, and managing emails and phone calls.
Your duties will also include data entry for purchase orders, accounts, and timesheets, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable and reconciling accounts.
Additionally, you will assist with social media, website management, and marketing activities, help with proposal and submission writing, and contribute to the development and management of internal systems.
Organising team social events will also be part of your role, providing a dynamic and varied work environment.
YOUR Experience: Is eager to understand the business and grow into the role Demonstrates punctuality, professionalism, and reliability Possesses strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities Approaches challenges with a proactive, can-do attitude Can work independently and manage tasks efficiently Upholds honesty and maintains high integrity Is comfortable suggesting improvements and contributing ideas Previous experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation is advantageous but not essential YOUR opportunity offers a chance to contribute to a dedicated team while receiving guidance, development, and training to support your growth.
