EduCom IT Albury location is an Authorised Apple Service Provider and Reseller and we are seeking an energetic and focused Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Albury/Wodonga.
No previous experience is needed, and all certification and training will be provided onsite!
We are looking for customer-focused Service Technicians who love technology and are keen to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
Timely and accurate diagnosis and repair of Apple Hardware and Software faults both in our workshop and onsite.
Following strict compliance requirements in accordance with the agreements with our vendor partners.
Working with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers.
Contribute to growth and sales initiatives as part of your customer-facing interactions.
We are looking for a unique individual who can demonstrate:
Experience with Apple products and passion for Apple technologies.
Mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work.
