Salary: $123,044 - $138,637 + 17% super + leave loading
Contract: 2-year fixed term contract
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to nurture and multiply the culture of entrepreneurship within the UNSW Faculty of Engineering. As part of the UNSW Founders team, you will work closely with the Head of Entrepreneurship to design and deliver entrepreneurial support programs for students, researchers, and alumni. Your role will involve helping early-stage entrepreneurs access existing support mechanisms such as the Early Career Academic Startup Fellowship and designing new initiatives to translate research and ideas into successful ventures.

Who you are
You can demonstrate your passion, experience and success at building and managing a community in the innovation sector, as well as a deep understanding of entrepreneurship methodologies and lean startup processes to design and implement skill-building programs. Familiarity with engineering/physical sciences would be ideal. You'll also have:
