The opportunity Your role is to maintain an excellent, ongoing relationship between Entertainment and our existing Fundraiser clients.
Some of the things you will be involved in: Manage client relationships with key Fundraising accounts. Maintain and increase the number of active Fundraisers in the longtail portfolio. Conduct over the phone planning meetings to design an entire marketing campaign, set goals, educate and motivate Fundraisers. Encourage Fundraisers to promote the Memberships at Fundraising events to increase sales and brand awareness. Advise Fundraisers on the best use of their social media, emails, their website, and other digital strategies to support their Fundraising campaign. Use print collateral effectively to support Fundraising efforts and increase their sales. Coordinate regular Fundraiser email broadcasts, weekly phone communication and incentives for Fundraisers throughout the year. Resolve client concerns properly and in a timely manner with complete follow through in accordance with Company policies. Also assist other team members with difficult clients, providing expertise in negotiation and overcoming objections. Represent Entertainment in a professional and ethical manner, as well as observe office procedures and policies. Attend, as required, all staff meetings, workshops and divisional/regional training sessions. Complete and submit a weekly sales activity report of own results. Monitor competitive activity. We are looking for you to bring: Qualifications Previous account management and/or client management experience. Business/Marketing/Management degree or similar. Essential Skills and Experience People person – must enjoy speaking to, meeting, working with both external and internal stakeholders. Comfortable with event handling and account management (in person and online). Ability to schedule a communication plan, and follow a calendar of contact with each of the accounts in their domain. A keen eye for detail, and discipline to keep regular track and follow-up on the needs and requirements which our various clients may have from Entertainment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with decision-making abilities. Goal driven and a strong (proven) relationship builder. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Good time-management skills, including the capacity to arrange the workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines. Proficient in using the Microsoft suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
