The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader
As a Team Leader within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating a variety of training programs.
Your mission is to support participants in achieving their training and employment goals.
Additionally, you will oversee and lead a dedicated team of CTA/JobLab trainers across the operations region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and consistent support for all participants.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Oversee and lead a team of CTA/JobLab training advisors across the operational regions, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Ensure training sessions are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to meet participants' needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations whilst maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Market and promote the CTA program among Workforce Australia providers and other stakeholders and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program visibility and participation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement, success whilst monitoring participant progress and provide additional support as needed ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training programs.
Criteria for Success
Experience within the Workforce Australia Contracts Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers Ability to provide effective advisory, coaching and/or mentoring support Sound time management skills and the ability to lead a small team to achieve results Current Driver's Licence A recent, clear National Police Check A current NSW Working With Children Check Why work for ETC
