At Immutable, our Enterprise Technology team exists to help our teams achieve their goals by using technology smartly. This means providing Immutables with a solid set of collaboration and AV tools, ensuring Immutables' devices are stable and secure, and supporting our business units in choosing and integrating business applications that help them level up. This also means ensuring Immutables know about the tools available to them and understand the expectations regarding how to access and use them.
As an Enterprise Technology Engineer, you will support our global workforce and be the primary IT contact for our Sydney office, where most AU-based employees are located. To be successful in this role, you will be required to come into our Sydney HQ at least 3 times a week.
You will have the opportunity to: Configure and operate our workplace IT, collaboration tooling and IT supportAct as an Enterprise Technology Business Partner to our non-technology business units (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc.), along with our other Enterprise Technology EngineersPartner with our Enterprise Security teamMentor and teach the organisation to work together using technologyCollaborate with our Head of Security and other team members to develop a strategy and roadmap for business applications, workplace IT, collaboration tooling and IT supportWe would love for you to have: At least 5+ years of proven experience delivering IT services at startups/scale-upsDemonstrated experience delivering services that people loveExperience using DevOps principles to make your work repeatable & iterativeThe ability to think about how to get more done with less, e.g. by using automationThe passion for teaching and influencing others and seeing this as one of your core strengthsExposure to these or similar tools: Google Workspace, device management (Kandji/InTune), Atlassian suite, identity providers (Okta/SAML/OIDC), Slack administration, Cisco Meraki networking, and scripting/automation tools (Bash, Python, Powershell, or low-code platforms)We are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.
