The role
The Enterprise Systems Administrator ensures efficient and secure delivery of IT platforms, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Responsibilities include managing production servers and storage with external vendors, and overseeing cyber security measures.
Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following: Support digital transformation and migrate services to on-premises, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. Ensure software and hardware compatibility; manage yearly updates and Auto Pilot enrolment. Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure; develop and update operating environments. Package and update applications; support servers, hardware, and storage. Monitor backups and ensure proper execution. Assist in cyber security incidents and engage with vendors for improvements. Manage multifactor authentication and conditional access for M365. Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies. Foster collaborative relationships and proactive team communication. About You Post-graduate degree in IT or equivalent. Extensive experience with Azure and Microsoft 365. Proficient in creating technical and user-friendly documentation. Experience in incident management, cyber security response, and threat remediation. Skilled in system administration Proven stakeholder management and project delivery skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and effective team player. Current Working with Children Check and Police Check. Open to ideas, striving for excellence, and high integrity.
