Our software is predominantly used in Government (all levels), Healthcare, Education, Asset Intensive industries, Retail, and Services.We are seeking an Enterprise Software Sales professional to continue to grow our business, leveraging our existing client base in Australia and New Zealand.Experience in enterprise software application strategic selling with a proven track record in Procurement or ERP solutions is required.This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and we work 2-3 days in the office.This business development position is focused on supporting ReadyTech's growth and client success plans. This will involve:Regular and persistent outbound contact, i.e. prospecting into our niche marketsProactive networking with prospective clients to generate new business sales opportunitiesSelling our value proposition and being able to clearly understand and articulate our differentiatorsDevelopment and execution of winning sales strategies for specific sales opportunitiesLeveraging our focused marketing campaigns designed to generate demand and local presenceRepresenting us at industry conferences and events, e.g. attendance, thought leadership/speaking opportunities, running exhibitor stands, and networkingDevelopment of outstanding professional quality "winning proposals & tender responses"Developing trust-based client/prospect relationshipsDelivering added value to clients/prospects while continually demonstrating integritySelling internally to ensure our team is on board with your commercial approach and client expectationsQuality and timely execution of various sales administration duties to help the broader ReadyTech team support your sales efforts and avoid unnecessary confusion during post-sales project deliveryPerforming the role in alignment with ReadyTech's valuesSkills & Experience required:Enterprise sales of ERP or procurement systemsProven track record of achieving sales targets – we want you to achieve, if not exceed your On Target-EarningsStrong sales orientation and commitment to excellent Customer service with high integrityAmbitious and highly motivated self-starter, driven to succeedProven ability to quickly learn new concepts, technology and approachesDemonstrable application of strategic and/or consultative sales experience in an enterprise applications software environmentStrong phone presence and experience in cold calling based on well-prepared industry specific pitchesExperience facilitating presentations / demonstrations in selling the value of enterprise software applicationsAbility to develop strong working relationships and influence with key stakeholders and decision makers within client/prospect organisationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster level 'winning' proposal writer/authoring and ability to develop associated bid strategiesEffective negotiation skills – establishing value and being able to negotiate win/win scenariosAbility to run multiple sales campaigns concurrentlyEffective prioritisation skills and initiativeReadyTech is committed to seeing things through each other's eyes.
