Apply today to join our elite team of cloud experts as an Enterprise Service Manager.Key job responsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business and technical requirements.Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services and guide customers along the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation to accelerate their business goals.Prepare and present strategic proposals to customer C-Suite executives and create commercial agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs).Actively identify and pursue new professional services opportunities within your customer portfolio, contributing to the achievement of team and individual sales quotas and revenue targets.Orchestrate cross-functional teams of AWS technical specialists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver complex, multi-workstream engagements.Assist in the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies based on customer and market feedback.Stay up-to-date on the AWS service roadmap, new product launches, and emerging cloud trends to advise customers on strategic technology decisions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.10+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience.10+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience.Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.Acknowledgement of countryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
