The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will strategically manage all risk for the business with a solution-focused approach. This is a leadership role where you will influence a strong culture driving the development and implementation of efficient risk identification, mitigation, crisis management, training, and reporting with regular communication with the board of management. The purpose of this role is to embed change and progressive initiatives with a risk-based approach. This is a role with clear leadership enabling the business to progress and grow. Requirements Tertiary qualifications in risk management, finance, business administration, or related field. Certified Risk Management professional/Assurance is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A practical approach with strong knowledge of legislative requirements. The ability to drive change and performance to initiate and develop solutions to complex issues. Ability to problem-solve, use judgment, and make appropriate decisions. Demonstrated change management skills through the use of systems improvement and engaging with stakeholders. The capacity to quickly learn the business and become effective sooner rather than later. Working Set-up & Next Steps Office-based role in Bankstown with occasional travel. Ability to work in peak periods and/or crisis situations.
