Enterprise Reporting And Analytics Specialist

This role offers a comprehensive experience in data analysis and report development, overseeing the entire process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for:
Understanding stakeholder needs: Through workshops and discussions, you'll ensure reports are aligned with user requirements.
Data analysis and modeling: You'll analyze data from various sources to design data models and user interfaces for reports.
Report creation and automation: You'll develop reports, both manual and automated, to deliver insights to stakeholders.
Analytical support: You'll provide data-driven analysis to inform decision-making across different levels of the organization.
In addition, you'll:
Investigate data to generate performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops to capture stakeholder needs effectively.
Extract insights and trends from data sets.
Create documentation outlining report requirements and functionalities.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual team members.
Look for opportunities to automate reports and processes for increased efficiency.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for a highly analytical individual with:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Commerce, IT, Data Science etc.) or extensive experience in data analysis.
At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role.
Proven ability to identify issues, optimize processes, and present findings effectively.
Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools (SQL is essential) with experience in Qlik Sense or similar platforms a plus.
Familiarity with ETL frameworks, databases, and reporting/data visualization tools.
Experience in a commercial environment.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience with Generative AI, machine learning, RPA, or decision modeling is a strong advantage.
