You have extensive experience in program management and progressive leadership responsibility.Operations run 24x7, therefore your responsibilities extend beyond traditional boundaries to ensure continuous availability of critical systems and facilities' infrastructure while maintaining exceptional appearance and first-class maintenance of facilities.What You'll DoAs a Program Manager (PM), you will:Experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.Display strong technical, programmatic and personal leadership skills.Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).Possess professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 certification in Program Management.Responsible for the execution of the SOW within cost and schedule.Command the planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects.Scrutinize and sanction financial frameworks and reports.Champion cross-functional team efforts to deliver a synchronized service.Strategize and allocate funds for risk mitigation.Communicate effectively with all customers.Demonstrate strong customer service skills.Vigilantly enforce all contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates.Possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.A minimum of 10 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large (250+ person) multi-disciplinary workforce.Preferred Qualifications10 years of experience in formal management.5 years of experience working with business strategy.5 years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.5 years of experience supporting the Federal and/or Intelligence Community.5 years of experience with long range business plans.Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams.Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000).Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects.Familiarity with 24/7/365 operational environment.INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY AT KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people, sustainability, and our Zero Harm culture.BENEFITSKBR offers a best-in-class total compensation and benefits package including a 401k plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
