Our client, a global software company at the forefront of digital innovation for SAAS solutions and repeated award-winners for best company culture is offering a newly created opportunity for a B2B Enterprise Marketing Manager across the APAC region.
The team you are situated in focuses on a specialised program that ensures enterprise customers are fully supported throughout their journey with your companies products, from implementation to achieving long-term success and value.
What You'll Do: Strategic Campaign Development: Create and lead an annual marketing plan that drives opportunity generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
This includes coordinating joint field marketing events, digital activities, sales collateral, and outbound prospecting campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams across APAC to ensure alignment of events with the go-to-market strategy and messaging. Innovative Event Management: Develop demand-generating events and campaign briefs in partnership with global and regional teams. Campaign Logistics & Coordination: Oversee all event logistics and lead internal coordination for campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high impact. Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative teams to develop and refine campaign concepts, messaging, and deliverables that align with the campaign strategy. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly update management on campaign plans, progress, and performance, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes. Introduce New Approaches: Innovate by introducing new marketing processes and optimization techniques that better connect with customers and drive results. What You Need to Succeed: Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise Marketing, preferably within the technology, software, or consulting industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing regional programs that drive deal acceleration and bookings. Expertise: Demonstrated success in account-based marketing, including collaboration with sales teams to develop target account lists and segmentation strategies. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within virtual teams and across matrix organisations. Project Management: Outstanding project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional follow-through. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with the resourcefulness to anticipate and address challenges. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to leverage marketing metrics for developing and driving successful campaigns.
