JO 3788 | Digital Marketing Specialist Status: Part-time/20 hours a weekSchedule: Monday - Friday/ or 10AM - 2PM AEST 12-4PM Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing.Optimize content for social mediaCollaborate to create engaging content for various platforms.Manage and grow social media presence, develop and execute email campaigns.Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide reports.Conduct tests to improve conversion rates.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and conduct competitive analysis.Lead generation and nurturing through social media interactions.Assist in managing calendar and schedules, as well accept bookings and manage appointments through social media and other platforms.Support the owner with day-to-day digital marketing tasks.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Proven working experience in digital marketingExperience within the beauty industry is highly preferred.Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeProficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and strong understanding of SEO and SEM.Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Excellent written and verbal communication.
